Due to some interesting circumstances, Bryan co-built a mobile, stick-built home on an 1953 8x30 foot trailer frame two years ago. The structure is fully clad in beetle-kill siding inside and out featuring a sleeping loft with dormers and many windows. Having since sold the piece to a farmer in north Boulder, his bouncing travels have led him to Hastings mesa’s Tomten farm.

Spice Box Homes created their first tiny home to be a functional, easy to move craft structure, with a mind towards clients who need affordable energy efficient housing that fits their needs, and exceeds their dreams. By using reclaimed materials, passive solar-heating, and effective appliances, their homes are built to coexist with the environment. After many years and many builds, Spice Box Homes is recognized for the unique details and subtleties that make their tiny homes so appreciated by discerning owners.
After receiving her Master of Architecture in 1987 at the University of California, Berkeley, Connie worked on numerous projects in Nashville, Denver, and San Francisco before establishing her business in Telluride in 1990. Since then she has created dozens of well known projects in the region including the HARC award-winning ‘Old Stone Building’.

As the Principals of One Architects, Bruce and Jodie continually strive have fun with both their clients and their work. The fun experience is a catalyst for creating inspired spaces. Inspired spaces that connect with inhabitant and natural environment.
Laura Daley is an architectural designer who has been designing and remodeling houses for Telluride locals for more than twenty years. Captured by the uniqueness and smallness of the tiny house, she decided to build a prototype: The Cozy Shack. As the process unfolded, an attraction to the “she-shed” grew and the project evolved from a complex pack-it-all-in venture to a low-tech, simple structure for living, studying or meditating.

Husband and wife duo took on this renovation with a bit of luck. They were able to take the interior ceiling up on both levels, which significantly opened up the interior space. They turned a small space into their new dream home in Telluride.
MATT + SHERRI LYNCH
Matt and Sherri Lynch earned their degrees in Australia and Pennsylvania before completing the AA Diploma program at the renowned Architectural Association in London in 2002. After completing their Royal Institute British Architeture license in the UK, they worked on historical projects in London, then moved their young family to Telluride in 2007. Their project at 229 E Columbia, is a remodel of a highly rated historical home in the heart of Telluride.
Although static in nature, architecture has the power to evoke the unmeasurable trigger of emotion. With influences from the industrial revolution era of cars, motorcycles and machines in general, creating something that captures the soul is something Narcis Tudor strives for.

Sante Architects is a full service design firm founded in 2004 and located in the historic Ranta Shop building in the heart of downtown Telluride, Colorado.
They have the first and only LEED Gold Certified home in Telluride, completed in 2010. Their commitment to sustainable design takes different forms in each project.
Sherab Kloppenburg’s creations are deeply rooted in architecture and quilt-making arts. She has a Masters in Architecture and Planning from CU and has worked as a professional designer for the last 10 years. She pursues design projects that have artistic elements and a strong collaborative team from design to construction.
