Trained in classical French and Italian cuisine, Amy is also inspired by Asian techniques. Amy is equally comfortable in both savory and sweet kitchens, and trained in some of the best fine-dining restaurants and resorts in the US.
BRITTANY HALE AND TRANG PHAM, SLURP
Slurp is Brittany Hale and Trang Pham, two entrepreneurial women who are bringing pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup, to Telluride. The idea of Slurp was born as a result of their shared love of the culinary arts and the Vietnamese culture. Aside from culinary endeavors, Brittany is an expressionist painter who also loves to upcycle found objects and materials, while Trang delves into the world of latte art and digital design.
BROWN DOG PIZZA
Brown Dog is a Telluride staple known for their art of pizza making. Owner Jeff Smokevitch attended the International School of Pizza and studied with legendary pizza guru Tony Geminani. There he learned that combining the best quality ingredients along with attention to detail brings pizza making to the next level. He has won countless awards. including first place at the Pizza World Championships in 2015.
Hali moved from San Diego to Telluride 5 years ago. She was trained under Michelin star chef Drew Deckman and specializes in seafood and sushi with an Asian-Mexican fusion flair.

Juli y Juan is more than just a food company, it's an experience. If we had to describe our cuisine it will be Creative Fusion. We are so passionate about our art, that we have been told that "they can actually taste the love." We strive to take the positives from our changing world by finding healthy and creative ways to adapt to it. Our entire planet now hosts the garden from which we eat, enabling people from all cultures to share a table and eat together. This is Juli & Juan's philosophy and livelihood.
Sometimes mechanic and sometimes bartender, Kyle enjoys drinking cocktails almost as much as he likes mixing them for others. His focus is to create memorable drinks that look as good as they taste.
Meghann McCormick has lived in Telluride for 6 years, runs her own tea company, The Steeping Leaf, and is a proud mama to two young children. She loves Telluride for the creative community; full of self-actualizing individuals who push the boundaries of what is possible. She also sews, sings, collages and paints-mostly with her toddler.
An award winning Chef and Sommelier Patrick Laguens was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. Patrick first cut his teeth in the local restaurant scene before apprenticing in Naples, Italy for Master Chef Antonio Race where he also began his life-long love affair with wine. Mr. Laguens then owned several of his own restaurants, wine bars, boutique wine shops and produced his own line of designer wines in Sonoma County.
An early starter in the industry, Patrick has been working in restaurants since age 13. Chef Funk has risen through the ranks of some of the most recognized kitchens and resorts in Colorado. Having been classically trained in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University, Chef Funk is a master of technique, style and creativity.
Sue grew up in an Indian family in South Africa. She learned at an early age that quality food was an essential ingredient to cooking. Sue has worked with a lot of quality chefs during her time in Telluride.
