THE VENUE: In 1981, Sarah Gluckstern spent the first six months of her life in this house. 34 years later, Sarah has renovated her childhood dwelling and calls it home once again. Kris Perpar, of Shift Architects, completed the major remodel in October of 2015 with the help of builder Ian Evans.

THE VENUE: VanJet takes Mercedes Metris vans and converts them into hotel rooms on wheels. These vans serve as a customer’s rental car and accommodations while they travel. Anyone can buy a VanJet and rent it out via the platform to earn extra income. The VanJet campers, along with Katy Parnello’s art installation will be on display at the beautiful site of a future Eric Cummings home.

THE VENUE: 586 West Pacific Ave. has a brand new inside and out 2017 remodel. This three bed, three and a half bath, townhome is located on the Galloping Goose route, a half block to the river. The vaulted top floor master suite will impress with a spacious loft, an attached office, and east facing deck with views of the Box Canyon & Ski Area.

THE VENUE: This 2,000 square foot historic residence was recently remodeled with a 2,500 square foot addition. The new home includes four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, two offices, new lving, dining, and kitchen spaces, with media and exercise rooms, and a finished basement. The interior features a warm, minimalist design, and the home offers gorgeous views of the Telluride valley and ski area.

Telluride Historical Museum
201 West Gregory
THE VENUE: 201 West Gregory Avenue served as Telluride’s hospital from 1896 until 1964 when, due to a diminishing population, the hospital was closed. In 1966, the hospital re-opened as the Telluride Historical Museum. In 1995, part of the exterior masonry crumbled, but Telluride voters elected to allocate public funds for restoration of the building. Seven years and $2 million later, the Telluride Historical Museum re-opened with a reinforced structure and a new blueprint for showcasing exhibits. The museum is designated as a National Historic Landmark and is a contributing structure to the Town’s status as a National Historic Landmark District.

THE VENUE: Spruce House Affordable Housing was desgined by FUSE Architecture + Interior with Osborne Builders, LLC and completed winter of 2017. The project took less than two years to go through design, approvals, construction documents, engineering and construction. There are eight residential units and one commercial space plus covered parking.
