430 MUSIC MAN
430 West Colorado
THE VENUE: 430 West Colorado was a derelict structure that was essentially forgotten. The 127 year old house was falling down, and rear yard was crowded with abandoned cars and trash. This property was anything but attractive. Fortunately the Millers stepped in and took a rough canvas to a complete work of art. This included moving a historic house, excavating a large basement, stabilizing adjacent structures, and adding a completely new house attached at the South of the lot. Many HARC approval meetings took place during 2013. They created extensive construction documents that actually went dormant for a year while the owner was deciding to build. Finally in the Summer of 2014 Bill Ward Construction took on their bold vision, and built the home today. TruLinea Architects constantly pushes details, space, and light in all of our homes. This house is proudly standing right on the sidewalk for perpetual enjoyment.

THE VENUE: Perched over the charming, historic town of Telluride, Colorado, this peerless 4-bedroom penthouse boasts sweeping 360-degree views of arguably the world’s most magnificent box canyon. Conceived by renowned New York architect and designer Alan Wanzenberg, and built by Telluride’s Fortenberry Construction, this 6,000 plus-sq-ft property encompasses the building’s entire top floor. The quality, design, and location are second to none — humbled only, if at all, by the majesty of the mountain peaks that fill its vistas.

THE VENUE: Tipi village in Elks Park. To the Native American of the Great Plains, a tipi meant one thing -- home. In fact, tipi is the Lakota word for “living in.” Today a tipi can be many things: temporary or permanent, traditional or modern.
