Docent credentials and work location details will be available for pick-up from noon to 5 PM July 10 - 15 at Telluride Arts HQ Gallery, 220 W. Colorado Ave, Telluride, CO 81435.
Docent Opportunities
Telluride Art + Architecture is a celebration of the creative talent that thrives in our community. The event is committed to ensuring the artistic vitality of the region while creating opportunities to highlight a variety of artists and disciplines.
Attendees appreciate Art + Architecture for more than the fine art, many comment that it is also their favorite food and wine experience.
Our docents are the key to making the Telluride Art + Architecture event experience enjoyable!
During the new Telluride Art + Architecture self-directed walking Garden Tour on Saturday, July 15, guests will have the opportunity to meander through private gardens and see landscape designers use of nature’s palette to create beautiful outdoor spaces. Tour participants will enjoy the anticipated Art + Architecture multi-sensory offerings, including sampling the culinary talent of local chefs, beverages inspired by our stunning environment and the intimate experience of a range of art presented in these outdoor sanctuaries.
The popular Home Tour is Sunday, July 16. The tour will be a combination of self-directed walking to homes in the Town of Telluride and a shuttle to the homes in outlying areas with a pick-up option in Telluride or in Mountain Village. Ensuring the transportation and Home Tour experiences are enjoyable is our priority. A number of docent opportunities are available.
Docents that work at least four hours will receive one (1) garden or home tour credential to Telluride Art + Architecture 2023. Docents are needed for the events listed below.
Patron Party
Thursday, July 13 at a private home.. Arrive at 5:00 P.M. and depart at 9:00 P.M. You will support the fine art and culinary artists participating in the event. 4 hour shift.

Garden Tour
