











Luminosity came together when Dru Wallon a longtime local with a masters degree in architectural lighting design decided to start a new firm in 2012. Fortuitously, Craig Spring was looking to move to Telluride at that time - bringing with him a masters in lighting design and experience working on large prestigious projects around the world. They came together to share a common vision for lighting design and currently are working on projects locally and around the country.

Sante Architects is a full service design firm founded in 2004 and located in the historic Ranta Shop building in the heart of downtown Telluride, Colorado. Their work ranges widely, though focuses on residential architecture in San Miguel County. They enjoy the comparatively small interior architecture and remodel projects as Theyll the larger multi-building and commercial developments. Their experience with historic remodels and restorations within Telluride's Historic District has given us the proven ability to tackle any project type. They thrive on this diversity of design opportunity and bring this experience to each new project.
Peter Sante brings 16 years of experience guiding projects through the various town and surrounding neighborhood design review boards. This experience allows us to simplify the process for their clients while maintaining project integrity and efficient timelines. Their dedicated staff has the proven experience, design depth, and technical expertise to take their projects through to completion, whether they be small and in-house or large team collaborations. Sante Architects strives to deliver a high level of design with an equal level of documentation and team coordination that is tailored to each project.
They have the first and only LEED Gold Certified home in Telluride, completed in 2010. Their commitment to sustainable design takes different forms in each project.

As the Principals of One Architects, Bruce and Jodie continually strive have fun with both their clients and their work. The fun experience is a catalyst for creating inspired spaces. Inspired spaces that connect with inhabitant and natural environment.

Architect George Greenbank has been working in Telluride since 1971. George is one of Telluride's great historians, and will tell the story about the small house that had many incarnations before becoming a photovoltaic-roofed guest cottage.

Ronald Rael and Virginia San Fratello, principals of the Oakland design studio Rael San Fratello and 3D printing MAKE-tank Emerging Objects, shy away from working within a set philosophy, trying “not to define, but rather to constantly redefine.” Their diverse collection of work ranges from full-scale projects—such as the Museum of Nowhere in Antonito, Colorado; The Mud House in Marfa, Texas; and the art installation Prada Marfa—to folly-like experimental structures such as Saltygloo, a semi-structured shell comprised of 336 3D-printed panels made of salt harvested from the San Francisco Bay supported on lightweight aluminum rods; and Sukkah of the Signs, a.k.a. the Homeless House, built for the Sukkah City competition. Rael and San Fratello will present their work in a lecture titled 'Material Provenance' that recounts the material histories and backstories behind their built works.

Born and raised in Panama, Estrella Posey came to the United States and received her B.A. degree in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas in 1982. She has also taken numerous continuing education classes in fashion and design. Estrella is an Interior Decorator and has a love of great design. She believes that every person has innate good taste and her goal in working with clients is to bring that out in them.
Jeff and Heidi Koenig moved to Telluride from Cincinnati more than a decade ago to raise their three children and begin a general contracting business. KCS specializes in new construction and remodels. With roughly three decades of experience in the industry, Jeff has in-depth design and building expertise and prides himself on personalized service, trust, integrity and communication.

Beth Bailis, principal at Caribou Design Associates, has a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Beth received the American Society of Landscape Architects National Honor Award. She is compelled by humankind’s connection and interaction with their natural environment, using the landscape as a medium for expression and inspiration.

Catherine Frank completed a BFA degree in Interior Design at CSU, and also completed a Degree in Construction Management. Years later, Frank moved to Telluride, Colorado to work for an architecture firm for two years, prior to opening Studio Frank. Since its opening in 1995, Studio Frank has grown to a staff of six. Catherine Frank has completed many residential projects and a handful of special commercial projects.

Hailing from Washington, DC where she attended The Sidwell Friends School, CC spent her college years in the woods of New Hampshire. At Dartmouth College, she focused on engineering, art history, photography, and architecture. CC spent her summers working for various architecture firms on the east coast before graduating with a B.A. in Studio Art and a minor in Art History. Moving directly to Telluride, she spent two years working for Marla F. Croke Architecture and a year with One Architects before joining Studio Frank in 2002.

Chris Chaffin has developed, managed, and sold master planned communities and residential infill projects since the late 1990s. His focus has been in mountain resort towns: Telluride, CO; Aspen, CO; New Paltz, NY; Asheville, NC; and the coastal town of Beaufort, SC. Regionally, he has project managed Idarado Legacy, a neighborhood settled at the end of Telluride’s box canyon. He is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and has served on Telluride’s and San Miguel County’s Open Space Commissions.
