Stacy is a landscape designer committed to public projects that incorporate community engagement and environmental resilience. A former resident of Telluride, her work explores the dynamics of ecological and social change and takes a research-based approach to landscape design. Her honors include Harvard University’s Charles Eliot Travelling Fellowship and the Penny White Project Award.

After receiving her Master of Architecture in 1987 at the University of California, Berkeley, Connie worked on numerous projects in Nashville, Denver, and San Francisco before establishing her business in Telluride in 1990. Since then she has created dozens of well known projects in the region including the HARC award-winning ‘Old Stone Building’.
PETER SANTE I SANTE ARCHITECTS
Sante Architects is a full service design firm founded in 2004 and located in the historic Ranta Shop building in the heart of downtown Telluride, Colorado. Though their work ranges widely, they focus on residential architecture in San Miguel County. They enjoy comparatively small interior architecture and remodel projects as well as larger multi-building and commercial developments. Their experience with historic remodels and restorations within Telluride's Historic District has given them the proven ability to tackle any project type. They thrive on this diversity of design opportunity and bring this experience to each new project.
AMY TURNER MCPHEETERS
Amy Turner McPheeters is an architect, specializing in the renovation and design of schools, institutions and residences. Her projects include new buildings, additions, installations and design studies at Johns Hopkins University, The Lovett School in Atlanta, Buckingham Browne and Nichols School in Cambridge, Lehigh University, MIT, and Harvard; Boston Public Library,the Jewish Community Center of Newton, and the Wichita Art Museum in Kansas. She has also worked on numerous larger scale urban projects, including the redesign of Boston City HallPlaza. Amy has two published works to her name, Windows of Observation (1992) andMapping Boston (MIT Press 1999). She has served on the firm-wide Design Review Board for Shepley Bulfinch Richardson and Abbott in Boston. Amy has also served as President of the Children's Garden Montessori School Board, as a member of the Horizons at Colorado AcademyAdvisory Board, and as a member of both the Denver Country Club Historic NeighborhoodBoard and Architectural Design Review Committee.
DYLAN HENDERSON | SALT ARCHITECTURE
In 2004 Dylan received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He then founded ARL (Architecture Research Lab) in San Francisco, California.
His desire to be involved in the detailing and production phase of projects drew him “on-site”and eventually landed him in Telluride, Colorado. In 2007, Dylan took the position of construction manager for Element 52, a 130,000 square foot mixed use commercial/residential project which is being developed by XYZ Subdivision Land Company. Dylan’s role in Finbro ensures the highest level of attention to detail, knowledge and professional practice in both residential and commercial built work.
Tommy Hein is a registered architect whose love of designing began as a young boy. He is passionate about his art and treats each project as if it were his own.
Hein’s firm’s work reflects a deep appreciation for the potential of architecture to enhance one’s life through the creation of built forms and the organization of space. They are dedicated to creating unique buildings appropriate to their environmental as well as their cultural context. Each project grows from its site, embracing the nature of materials and light. Environmental and Social Responsibility are their highest priorities; they practice green building construction and passive solar design on all of our projects.
JIM KEHOE I CHARLES CUNNIFFE ARCHITECTS
Jim earned a Masters in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Jim moved to Park City, Utah and worked in various firms focusing on education, commercial and mountain residential projects. After a number of years in Utah, Jim joined DeStefano + Partners in Chicago to focus on education projects. While in the Midwest Jim earned the position of Design Director for a leading architecture and interiors firm in St. Louis, expanding his focus to corporate and public work.
Jim made his way back to Aspen and worked with Z Group Architects before joining CCA. Jim’s experience spans from public buildings, educational facilities, corporate headquarters, mixed use to residential projects.

Trevor is an experienced design professional creating compelling environments and experiences in residential, retail, hospitality,and marine architecture as well as interior, planning and brand development. Trevor specializes in residential design in the Telluride area and also services retail and hospitality clients including Armani, Loreal, and Viktor & Rolf in prestige locations such as Macy’s Herald Square New York, Saks 5th Ave New York, Macy’s State Street Chicago and Santa Maria Suites Resort.
With over 19 years of hospitality experience and a Master’s in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver, she is a leading expert within luxury vacation rentals, real estate and property management. Currently at Exceptional Stays, she has worked with Caesars Palace, The Peaks, and Lumière hotel in Telluride, Colorado.
Linda’s affinity for the landscape was shaped in the landscape of her childhood: a valley of red rock on the Navajo Reservation, in the Four Corners area of the Southwest. This provided her with a keen awareness of the larger natural environment, and allowed her to envision ways that ornamental and functional elements are best placed to create dynamic spaces for people to live within.
Linda is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). She holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture and a Bachelors in Fine Art.
Jeff is a third-generation interior designer based in New York City. Jeffrey Lincoln Interiors undertakes a broad spectrum of projects both nationally and abroad. Each project is approached with a unique perspective, whether it’s a large ski house in Telluride oran ocean front home in Palm Beach, Florida. Jeff Lincoln received a master’s degree from Columbia University and initially worked as a journalist with the Wall Street Journal before heeding the siren call of interior design and deciding to follow in his father’s footsteps. Jeff is also a House Beautiful Top 100 Interior Designer
